home About Villa "Zelenika"   The village of Sinemorets is situated south of the mouth of the Veleka River, 5 km south of Ahtopol and 90 km from Burgas. The village itself is located on a peninsula and is characterized by incredible nature and beaches, with forests that stretch up to the sea coast.   Villa Zelenika is in the village of Sinemorets, at a 10 minutes walking distance from the Butamyata Beach, near the forest. There is a big yard and a garden, and a free parking space (the parking fee is included in the total fee for rent). The villa has two suites that can take four people - three triple rooms, and three double rooms. Each room has its own bathroom and warm running water, as well as a terrace, cable TV, air-conditioner and a fridge. Rooms are cleaned every day. We also have a day bar and a barbeque.
